EDI Analyst
(Selangor - Cyberjaya)
Responsibilities:
- To develop, test, implement and support EDI translation mapping developed in QAD Ecommerce.
- Develop QAD transformation maps and provide ongoing support of maps and transformations in production.
- Monitoring the EDI System, analyze errors and solve those problems
- Analyzing customer processes and format description to create or maintain EDI workflows and mappings.
- Coordinate and communicate in TRW and with EDI partners regarding all EDI related issues
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- At least 5 years experience in systems development.
- Knowledge and specific familiarity with QAD Ecommerce
- A demonstrated track record of supporting QAD Ecommerce and MFG/PRO manufacturing applications and the capability to develop software using the Ecommerce development tool and the Progress language.
- Have a good understanding of both EDI X12 standard and EDIFACT standard as they relate to automotive manufacturing
- Must be able to work on Linux OS and have the ability to create scripts.
- Possess Trinary Systems EDIWIN product 5.4 knowledge would be an added advantage.
- Excellent written communication, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Have a high energy level, a ‘can-do’ attitude, ability to manage through ambiguity, as well as a high degree of commitment and a willingness to put in the time necessary to achieve success.
- Willing to travel as and when needed.
