Call Center Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
The Operations Manager is mainly accountable and responsible for the direction and profitability of the operating unit of the organization. Responsible for reporting and analysis, quota deployment, issue resolution, proper forecasting and other projects as assigned. Ultimately the efforts of the Sales Operations Manager will help enable our telesales and team leaders to be more effective, efficient and help drive sales against performance objectives.

This position is responsible for coaching and supporting Team leaders/ sales agents in a Telesales Center/Operations environment. This position is also responsible for ensuring sales quotas and budgets are met on a consistent basis.

Requirements:
# Bachelor of business degree or related
# 3+ Years experience in Call Center
# Operations management background
# Strong team management, business, coaching and Leadership skills
# Report directly to CEO, President
# Work well under pressure, professional demeanor
# Financial analysis and budgetary skills.
# Ability to establish a course of action for self and others to accomplish a specific goal while using appropriate resources.
# Strong understanding of selling environments
# Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are a MUST!
# International Graduates are preferred
