Kami membuka kesempatan bagi para lulusan Diploma III (D3), Sarjana (S1) dan Pasca Sarjana (S2) dari beberapa disiplin ilmu untuk bergabung dengan Perusahaan Umum (Perum) BULOG dan ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia.

Pendaftaran lamaran kerja akan dilakukan dengan cara ONLINE melalui website ini http://www.bumnlogistik.com/
Pendaftaran hanya dapat diakses selama 10 (sepuluh) hari mulai tanggal 17 Juli 2008 s/d 26 Juli 2008.

Sebelum mendaftarkan diri, calon pelamar terlebih dahulu harus membaca dan memahami prosedur dan persyaratan yang telah ditetapkan, serta mencocokkan tingkat dan bidang pendidikan yang dibutuhkan.

SARJANA (S1)
- Usia maksimal 27 tahun 0 bulan 0 hari pada tanggal 31 Oktober 2008.
- Berasal dari Perguruan Tinggi Negeri dengan IPK minimal 3,00 (dalam skala 4) dan akreditasi A atau B (sesuai bidang studi).
- Berasal dari Perguruan Tinggi Swasta dengan IPK minimal 3,25 (dalam skala 4) dan akreditasi A atau B (sesuai bidang studi).

PASCA SARJANA (S2)
- Usia maksimal 30 tahun 0 bulan 0 hari pada tanggal 31 Oktober 2008.
- Memiliki IPK minimal 3,00 (dalam skala 4).
- Berasal dari Perguruan Tinggi Negeri atau Swasta dengan akreditasi Unggul/A (sesuai bidang studi).

Peserta rekrutmen yang lolos seleksi penerimaan akan dididik untuk menempati posisi sebagai assistant / junior analyst, assistant / junior officer, assistant / junior engineer dan assistant / junior operator sesuai dengan kompetensinya dan ditempatkan di seluruh Unit dan Wilayah Kerja PT PLN (Persero) di luar Jawa – Bali.



Proses Rekrutmen Pegawai PT PLN (Persero) menggunakan sistem gugur, meliputi tahapan :

1. Pendaftaran melalui Registrasi Online

2. Verifikasi Dokumen

3. Tes / Seleksi

4. Diklat Prajabatan



Tes / Seleksi meliputi :

a. General Aptitude Test (GAT).

b. Tes Akademis dan Bahasa Inggris.

d. Wawancara.

e. Tes Kesehatan.

Diklat Prajabatan dilaksanakan selama + 12 bulan meliputi :

Selama mengikuti Diklat Prajabatan status peserta adalah ”Siswa Diklat Prajabatan”. Siswa yang lulus Diklat Prajabatan akan diangkat sebagai Pegawai PT PLN (Persero) dan ditempatkan pada posisi jabatan di seluruh Unit dan Wilayah Kerja PT PLN (Persero) di luar Jawa – Bali.



PERSYARATAN

1. UMUM

a. Tes/Seleksi penerimaan dilaksanakan di : Medan, Palembang, Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Denpasar, Makassar.

b. Batas Usia :

S1 : Kelahiran 1982 dan sesudahnya

D3 : Kelahiran 1985 dan sesudahnya.

c. Bidang Studi sesuai dengan jabatan yang dilamar.

d. IPK : 2,75 untuk S1/D3 Teknik dan 3,00 untuk S1/D3 non teknik.

e. Satu pelamar hanya diperbolehkan memilih 1 (satu) kode jabatan saja sesuai bidang studi yang dimiliki.

f. Pelamar hanya diperkenankan mendaftar pada posisi jabatan yang sesuai dengan tingkat pendidikan yang dipersyaratkan.

g. Sehat jasmani dan rohani untuk melaksanakan tugas pekerjaan di PT PLN (Persero) di seluruh Indonesia.

h. Tidak dipungut biaya apapun untuk mengikuti tes/seleksi dan Diklat Prajabatan yang diselenggarakan oleh PT PLN (Persero).

PELAKSANAAN SELEKSI

1. Seleksi awal akan dilaksanakan di Malang dan Surabaya.
2. Pelamar yang akan dipanggil mengikuti seleksi hanya yang lolos short listing berdasarkan kandidat terbaik, kelengkapan berkas lamaran serta memenuhi syarat dan pertimbangan lainnya.
