Our respected client is seeking a credit analyst management professional for the job of Credit Analyst Assistant Manager, to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The winning candidate will be responsible for assisting the Credit Analyst Manager in performing his or her job. The successful applicant will be someone with good knowledge of analysing credit in the heavy equipment industry.

Key job responsibilities include:
  • Compare the liquidity, profitability and credit history of client/company being evaluated to determine the risk
  • Compile reports regarding to finance and credit data
  • Analyse the financial records like earnings, savings, payments and purchases of the company or individual and recommend other useful financial activity for further plans.
  • Minimize bad debt risk and maximise account receivable collections
  • Provide a support data regarding new customer
  • Ensure the validity and accuracy of company/client’s data, as presented by Marketing Report
  • Handle the overdue cases
  • Review the credit rating of the client/company to avoid the bad debt risk


  • Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering, finance, accounting, commerce or equivalent
  • At least 5 years’ experience, preferably with a leasing or finance company
  • Experience in foreign leasing company, Japanese company preferable
  • Knowledgeable in heavy equipment is an advantage
  • Exposure to corporate-sized clients
  • Passion in financial analysis/ macro-economic issues
  • Excellent communication skill

    Operation Coordinator Job (Mining Drilling Services) @ Monroe Consulting Group

    Monroe Consulting is currently working on behalf of our esteemed client, a US-based mining drilling services company looking to fill the job of Operation Coordinator, to be based in Gosowong, North Maluku, Indonesia. This position will report to the Site Manager in Gosowong and will have the duty of acting as a liaison between the company and the client to ensure that drill holes reach planned targets in the allocated time, in a cost effective and safe manner to make certain that the client’s expectations are achieved and exceeded. The role is required to follow the site manager of Gosowong with all project requirements.

    Key job responsibilities include:

  • Report to Site Manager and support manager with all project requirements
  • Work cooperatively with operations management team on site
  • Promote and assist effective on-the-job learning and development of operational employees
  • Identify risks, hazards and ensure corrections are implemented

    CREDIT LEGAL OFFICER BANK OCBC NISP Tbk, PT at Lampung

    Responsibilities: 
    • Melakukan dan melengkapi dokumentasi proposal kredit yang sesuai dengan kebijakan proses kredit
    • Melaksanakan transaksi pengikatan kredit dan jaminan sesuai dengan hasil keputusan Komite Kredit agar terjaga legal risk.
    • Membuat rekomendasi hukum terhadap permohonan kredit sebagai bagian dari proses kredit dalam bentuk Legal Opini / Memorandum Analisa Yuridis, agar tercipta kredit yang berkualitas.
    • Mempersiapkan pelaksanaan pengikatan perjanjian kredit baik secara notaril atau di bawah tangan.
    • Membuat order/perintah kerja kepada notaris/PPAT untuk melakukan pengikatan kredit dan jaminan, serta pendaftaran kepada instansi yang berwenang.
    • Membuat akta perjanjian kredit dan pengikatan jaminan secara di bawah tangan.
    • Mewakili pihak Bank sebagai pejabat penandatangan akta perjanjian kredit & pengikatan jaminan.
    • Menghadiri pelaksanaan penandatanganan akta perjanjian kredit dan/atau pengikatan jaminan yang dibuat secara notaril, serta memastikan agar akta yang dibuat oleh Notaris telah tepat dan benar sesuai dengan keputusan kredit.
    • Mewakili pihak Bank sebagai pejabat penandatangan, dan membacakan serta menjelaskan kepada Debitur atas akta perjanjian kredit dan pengikatan jaminan yang dibuat secara di bawah tangan.
    • Memeriksa kebenaran akta perjanjian kredit dan/atau jaminan yang dibuat secara notaril atau di bawah tangan.
    • Melakukan tindak lanjut hasil pemantauan terhadap dokumen kredit dan jaminan yang masih dalam proses penyelesaian oleh pihak eksternal (Notaris, PPAT, BPN, Developer, Dealer) yang dilakukan oleh Credit Administration.
    • Melengkapi dan kemudian mendistribusikan dokumentasi kredit kepada Custodian untuk disimpan dalam khasanah.
    • Melakukan dan memenuhi service level agreement di bagian Legal.
    • Bertanggung jawab untuk pelaksanaan pengikatan kredit dan agunan sehari-hari sesuai dengan tugasnya untuk menjaga Legal Risk dengan baik dan benar
    • Bertanggung jawab atas kelengkapan dokumen legal (debitur, penjamin dan jaminan) yang berkaitan dengan transaksi pengikatan.

    • Pendidikan S1 Hukum
    • Usia maksimal 30 tahun.
    • Teliti, tekun, cekatan, memperhatikan hal-hal detail dan memiliki daya inisiatif yang tinggi.
    • Mampu bekerja sama secara team dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
