* Applied knowledge and skill of high voltage power transmission & distribution design, selection and construction installation and installing electrical system protective device.
* Understanding single line diagram , PFD and P&ID.
* Basic knowledge of safety & environment (LOTO) , permit system, lifting, rigging, scaffolding, fire protection, lighting protection system and instrument device and system.
* Familiar with Ms Office, Ms. Project, PIUL, NEMA, AISC, ASTM, ANSI, ACI, and able to operate certain structural steel design software.
* Applied knowledge and skill of project management, structural steel & construction, lifting, rigging and scaffolding (General Civil Projects).
* Design and installation of instrumentation system experience.
* 2 years in leading an instrument work project as project engineer.

4 . GEOTECHICAL ENGINEER

Qualification & Experiences

* Experience in soil engineering and geotechnical project as Project Engineer.

* Design / discipline engineer for soil engineering & geotechnical project for 4 years and project engineer for soil engineering & geotechnical project for 2 years.

5 . INSTRUMENT ENGINEER

Qualification & Experiences

* Minimum S-1 Degree in Electrical / Instrument / Physics Engineering from reputable university.

* Advance knowledge of instrument device and system (Flow, pressure, level, temperature, current, voltage sensor and control valve).
* 2 years in design, selection and installation of instrument system for process equipment/plant.
* Advance understanding of PFD and P&ID and applied knowledge of PLC, MMI and DCS.
* Capable to design instrumentation and protection system for process equipment or system.
* Familiar with ASME B31.3 and B31.3 codes, applicable API, ANSI, Ms Office, Ms Project.
* Basic knowledge of safety & environment (LOTO, permit system, lifting, scaffolding, fire protection, hydrocarbon management, etc.).
* Applied Project Management knowledge.
* 2 years in leading an instrument work project.
* 2 yeas in designing a control logic an MMI for process control.

6 . ROTATING EQUIPMENT ENGINEER

Qualification & Experiences

* Minimum S-1 Degree in Mechanical Engineering
* Knowledge in pumping, compressor, turbine, bearing, lubrication, gearing, power transmission system.
* Minimum 2 years of oil & gas or other industry experience in the same field.
* Familiar with international standard for vibration, basic theory of vibration, etc.

7 . SAFETY ENGINEER & COORDINATOR

Qualification & Experiences

* Minimum S-1 Degree in Engineering or Health & Environment.
* Minimum 1-3 year as Safety Engineer
* Hold K-3 certificate, safety training certificate & familiar with international safety standard such as OSHA, NOSA, etc.
* Knowledge of chemical and hydrocarbon, fire fighting and fire protection method.

* Check and coordinate demurrage claims for and against Shell.
