Job Description
The following position is for our Asian banking client.

Application Development Support
- To develop, support and administer a custom developed application built with Remedy Action Request System (ARS) v6.3.
- To provide Remedy troubleshooting support for the customised Remedy application
Requirement:
- Good knowledge and experience in Remedy based software implementation, integration and development
- At least 2 years of project experience with Remedy ITSM application
- Good knowledge of Unix, Windows and SQL-based databases
- Experience with any of the following will be a strong advantage (but not a pre-requisite) :
o Clearcase/Clearquest
o Mercury Test Director
o Windows Server Administration
