I. PERSYARATAN UMUM

II. PERSYARATAN ADMINISTRASI

1. Memenuhi persyaratan IPK : untuk S2 minimal 3.0, S1 minimal 2.8 dan D3
minimal 2.7.

2. Usia pelamar paling tinggi 35 tahun tanggal 1 Desember 2009.

3. Bagi pelamar yang berusia lebih 35 tahun dan paling tinggi 40 tahun pada
tanggal 1 Desember 2009, harus memiliki masa kerja selama lebih 12 tahun
pada instansi/lembaga/swasta yang berbadan hukum secara kontinyu dan tidak
terputus sampai dengan sekarang.

4. Mempunyai kemampuan menggunakan Microsoft Office.

5. Surat lamaran ditulis tangan dengan tinta hitam bermaterai Rp. 6.000,-
dan alamat pelamar harus ditulis lengkap dengan mencantumkan, kode pos dan
nomor telepon rumah dan HP, serta :

a. untuk pelamar pada Sekretariat Jenderal KPU lamaran ditujukan kepada
Sekretaris Jenderal KPU.

b. untuk pelamar pada Sekretariat KPU Provinsi Jawa Barat lamaran ditujukan
kepada Sekretaris Jenderal KPU Cq. Sekretaris KPU Provinsi Jawa Barat.

c. untuk pelamar pada Sekretariat KPU Provinsi DKI Jakarta lamaran ditujukan

6. Terlampir pula pada berkas lamaran :

a. Fofocopy sah STTB/Ijazah yang dilegalisir oleh Pejabat yang berwenang;

b. Fotocopy sah Transkrip Nilai Akademik yang dilegalisir oleh Pejabat yang
berwenang;

c. Pas foto berwarna terakhir ukuran 3 x 4 sebanyak 3 (tiga) lembar dan pada
bagian belakang foto ditulis nama pelamar;

d. Melampirkan Surat Pernyataan pada angka 2.6 dan 2.7 tersebut diatas dalam
bentuk 1 (satu) lembar Surat Pernyataan diatas materai 6.000 (contoh Surat
Pernyataan dapat di download pada web site KPU : www.kpu.go.id).

7. Keseluruhan berkas lamaran dimasukan ke dalam map warna hijau untuk
Magister (S2), map warna biru untuk Sarjana (S1) dan map merah untuk Diploma
(DIII) serta dimasukan ke dalam amplop coklat dengan mencantumkan JURUSAN

PENDIDIKAN DAN FORMASI TEMPAT BEKERJA YANG DITUJU PADA POJOK KIRI ATAS
(CONTOH: S1 FISIP ILMU PEMERINTAHAN - SEKRETARIAT KPU PROVINSI BANTEN) dan
dialamatkan sebagaimana point 5 melalui Po Box 1000 Bandung 40000.

8. Penerimaan lamaran dimulai pada tanggal 15 s.d. 21 Oktober 2009 (cap
pos).

III. JADUAL, MATERI DAN LAIN-LAIN

1. Pengumuman pelamar yang lulus Seleksi Administrasi bagi yang memenuhi
syarat akan diumumkan di website KPU :

www.kpu.go.id pada tanggal 25 Oktober 2009.

2. Pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus Seleksi Administrasi dapat langsung
mengambil Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian, pada tanggal 26 dan 27 Oktober 2009
mulai pukul 08.00 WIB s.d 17.00 WIB, dengan menunjukan KTP yang
bersangkutan.

3. Waktu dan tempat Ujian Tertulis akan diumumkan saat pengambilan Kartu
Tanda Peserta Ujian.

4. Bagi peserta yang tidak memenuhi syarat administrasi berkas lamaran tidak
dikembalikan dan menjadi hak milik Sekretariat Jenderal Komisi Pemilihan
Umum.

5. Ujian tertulis akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 1 Nopember 2009.

6. Ujian tertulis berupa Tes Kompetensi Dasar (TKD) meliputi :

a. Tes Pengetahuan Umum (TPU);

b. Tes Bakat Skolastik (TBS);

c. Tes Skala Kematangan (TSK) dan

d. Tes Kompetensi Bidang.

e. Tes Kepemiluan.

7. Pelamar atau peserta Seleksi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil, tidak dipungut
biaya.

8. Keputusan Tim Pengadaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Sekretariat KPU Tahun
Anggaran 2009, bersifat Mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.

9. Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil hasil penerimaan Tahun Anggaran 2009 akan
ditempatkan pada Kantor Sekretariat Jenderal KPU, Sekretariat KPU Provinsi
dan Sekretariat KPU Kabupaten/Kota untuk mengisi kebutuhan sesuai dengan
formasi yang ditetapkan dan yang dinyatakan diterima sebagai CPNS tidak
dapat menolak penempatan dengan alas an apapun dan bagi pelamar yang
dinyatakan lulus pada tahap akhir seleksi tetapi mengundurkan diri
diwajibkan membayar ganti rugi sebesar Rp. 20.000.000,- (dua puluh juta
rupiah).

* Good problem solving skills
* Strong understanding of available and emerging technologies is essential

B. KETENTUAN LAIN-LAIN:
1. Pelamar
wajib memiliki alamat e-mail yang masih aktif untuk dapat mengikuti
proses seleksi ini. Kami tidak melayani perbaikan/revisi alamat email
yang salah input oleh pelamar.
2. Aplikasi lamaran

Responsibilities:

* Responsible to prepare all AotuCad related drawings for Under Water Services Operations.

Executive (PETRONAS Steam and Ice Training and Assessment Scheme Coordinator)
(Terengganu - Institut Teknologi Petroleum PETRONAS (INSTEP) in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu.)

Responsibilities:

* Plan and implement Competency Based Assessment and Certification services for Engineers and Non-Executive Technical (NET) staff of PETRONAS Group wide.
* Manage and monitor the maintenance of the administer PETRONAS Certificate of Competency and certification database systems to enable accurate and reliable data.
* Analyze data on technicians and operators competency status and then forecast / plan the requirements for certification of staff competencies in line with PETRONAS and statutory requirements.
* Coordinate the implementation of the required learning programs, examination / assessment / verification and certification.
* Plan and liaise with INSTEP Academic Departments and PETRONAS Operating Units (OPUs) on resources and facilities requirements for the learning programs and examinations / assessments / verifications to ensure the required resources and facilities for classroom & practical training and examinations / assessments / verifications are available and in good working conditions.
* Establish good working relationship with relevant government institutions (e.g. Energy Commission) effectively facilitate statutory requirements and certification of INSTEP programs and services.
* Manage and coordinate examination / assessment / verification results and Panel of Examiners / Assessors / Verifiers recommendations for consolidation and further submission / reporting to relevant authorities within PETRONAS and statutory bodies.
* Consolidate Board Of Examiner decisions / recommendations on the results of competency assessment / examination for further submission to statutory certification bodies. Liaise with Certification Bodies on issuance on restricted "PETRONAS only" Certificate Of Competency to successful candidates.
* Review and recommend improvement related to work system, processes, procedures and guidelines to enhance the competency assessment and certification system.
* Periodically evaluate program / assessment feedbacks and rectify / recommend action plan to address areas of concern so as to improve the quality and integrity of future services and enhance operational excellence.
* Observe PMTSB HSE policies and procedures and participate in HSE activities / initiatives organized by the company.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
* At least 7 years of working experience in the oil and gas industry is required for this position.
