Management Trainee at MERATUS

General Requirements :
* Male, 23 – 30 years old
* Possesses good communication skills
* Able to coordinate and work under pressure, energetic, and dynamic person
* Having good analytical thinking, dynamic and result oriented
* Possesses self motivation, good teamwork, also work independently
* Able to travel / be placed within Indonesia and/or abroad
* Having strong business sense & commercial affinity
* Good command in English, both oral and written (TOEFL min. 500)
* Bachelor / Master Degree, minimum GPA 3.00
* Voluntary assigned in Sailing program
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM
The purpose of our Management Trainee Program is to train our future mid-level manager who will continue to have the opportunity to grow.
* a. Commercial Management Trainee (CMT)
Qualification :
o Having at least 1 year working experience in any field/position
o Highly interested in Commercial business
o Willing to become a sales force, assigning in operational job, also in back office job
* b . Fleet Management Trainee (FMT)
Qualification :
o Having at least 1 year working experience in any field/position
o Min ATT / ANT III, with min. 5 years sailing experiences
o Highly interested in Ship Management business
Compensation package :
Competitive salary, allowance related to the job requirement, housing (if to be placed out of town, periodic salary reviewing depend on the competency & performance level)

- • Menguasai program komputer (min. MS Office)
- • Diutamakan pernah punya pengalaman di bengkel Alat-alat Berat / Kapal
- • Tidak takut ketinggian
- • Memiliki stamina yang kuat / tidak mudah sakit-sakitan
- • Memiliki daya tahan terhadap stress
- • Siap bekerja di bawah tekanan / deadline
- • Siap bekerja di luar jam kantor (jika diperlukan)
