The day-to-day activities :
a. Understand company needs to define system specifications
b. Plan and design the structure of a technology solution
c. Communicate system requirements to software development teams
d. Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods
e. Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members
f. Assist with solving technical problems when they arise
g. Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure
h. Address technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions
i. Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals
j. Monitors Technology Architect team and individual performance with regard to KPI.
k. Streamlines the process and assist necessary escalation to help Technology Architect team accomplish their objectives.
l. Works with Human Capital in evaluating Technology Architect team ' skill and the need for training and upskilling.

a. Min 6 years of proven experience as a Technical Architect or Project Manager
b. Hands-on experience with software development and system administration
c. Understanding strategic technology solutions
d. Experience in project management and service-oriented architecture
e. Knowledge of selected coding languages
f. Familiarity with various operating systems and databases
g. Experience in cloud technologies
h. Excellent communication skills
i. Problem-solving aptitude
j. Organizational and leadership skills
k. BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
l. Experience in leading team
l. Proficiency in 2 programming languages
