SAP HR Consultants
Job Description:
As a SAP HR professionals are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programmes that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance. SAP HR professionals design, implement and deploy SAP HR solutions to achieve defined business goals. They maintain skills in SAP HR applications process design and configuration; SAP HR application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP HR application technical architecture.
Key responsibilities may include:
* Supervising business diagnosis and planning activities
* Analysing and assuring quality of the data collected
* Assisting in formulating the specific solutions to address prioritised gaps
* Supervising business architecture and process design activities
* Assisting in the development of capabilities and performance measurements/KPIs
* Supervising business architecture implementation activities
* Defining testing and implementation activities for architectures, capabilities and processes
* Developing and testing business processes, capabilities, and architectures
* Preparing the client for deployment (communications, training)
Qualification:
* At least 3 years SAP R/3 consulting experience in SAP HR
* Strong experience in business process re-engineering
* Strong knowledge of HR functions and processes such as Foundational Learning, Knowledge Management, Talent Management, Change Management, Requirements/Needs Analysis, and Change Readiness Assessment
* Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
* Relevant degree in HR, computing or a relevant discipline

* Desire to work in an information systems environment
