Senior Staff / Senior / Electrical Engineers
Responsibilities:
* Design Audio accessories, RF circuits such as receivers, transmitters and VCOs, Phase-lock-loops, Audio and signaling circuits as well as control circuits & LCD circuits.
* Validate designs to ensure they comply with internal & international specifications.
* Carry out circuit simulation using ADS Software.
Requirements:

* Utilize Modeling & Simulation Software to create and evaluate designs, including mold flow analysis drop & impact simulation and thermal stress, prior to releasing the design.

Responsibilities:
* RF / ATE Engineer - to be trained and certified to be the Responsible Engineer for all product RF standards and design certifications. He / she will be be responsible to generate test plans and perform RF test on all two way radio platforms. He / She will also be trained on Labview to design and develop new automated test systems.
Requirements:

Responsibilities:
* Assignment to focus on process improvement/creation that will reduce cycle time and/or establish Quality improvement criteria as early as platform / product conception. Work across Motorola business teams to share, capture, and implement best practices by utilizing internal and external bench-marking and information exchange forums. Product level responsibilities include:
* Develop goal setting methodologies and drive quality goals and guidelines in the development of phone and accessory products as designed and ship accepted by iDEN Mobile Devices.
* Works closely with product engineering/development teams to define quality goals and be able to utilize quality analysis tools in order to validate resolution of any issues to assure quality goals are met and sustainable.
* Ensure product development follows the documented processes as defined by Quality as well as drive/participate in the review and development of process improvement activities affecting product quality.
