Sony Precision Engineering Center
Sony Precision Engineering Center manufactures high precision components and devices such as lens, magnetic devices and power supply units. It also provides support functions such as production engineering, trading and customer service for optical devices, as well as consultancy on production system design and fabrication to Sony plants in Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to meet Department Quality KPI Target
- Ensure that the production always follow the Quality System to reduce Customer Complaint
- Responsive and prompt to Customer Requests and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct Weekly Quality Meeting with Production and Engineering Section.
- Plan and implement continuous quality improvement activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent with at least 3 years' relevant experience
- Has QC Control concept and well-versed in QC Tools Application
- Has experience to handle customers
- Well-versed in ISO requirement
- Independent and able to plan and do self-learning
- Hardworking and is able to work long hours when required
- Committed and responsive to request at all times.
- Able to travel to Batam/China and Thailand frequently and within short notice.
