Sony Precision Engineering Center
Sony Precision Engineering Center manufactures high precision components and devices such as lens, magnetic devices and power supply units. It also provides support functions such as production engineering, trading and customer service for optical devices, as well as consultancy on production system design and fabrication to Sony plants in Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Need to setup the new Anti-Reflection Coating Machine
- Setup maintenance schedule to ensure quality of coating and optical characteristics
- Training of technicians and operators
- Meeting production capacity and output on schedule
- Control of repair and maintenance cost within budget
- Able to made improvement plan to meet cost target
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with related experience in high volume electronics product production
- At least 3 years' related working experience in precision manufacturing environment
- Possess strong knowledge in anti-relective coating for plastic or optics lens.
- Possess preventive maintenance know-how and basic optical know-how
- Good know-how on usage of coating material
- Independent, willing to learn, hardworking, proactive person
- A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to speak English and Mandarin
