The IT Services (ITS) organization gives Shell businesses a competitive edge anywhere they choose to operate – rapidly, reliably and cost efficiently. This is achieved through partnering with business and market leaders to exploit IT technology in supporting business goals and aspirations as well as in the delivery and renewal of Infrastructure services for the Shell Group. The IT Infrastructure strategy embraces current business realities guided by the Group strategy of ‘More Upstream, Profitable Downstream’. The IT Services (ITS) organization spans three key areas, namely Demand Management, Supplier Management and Delivery Management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop standard operational processes, drive improvements and integrate services, including sourcing partners, in accordance to the agreed service levels;
• Drive process consistency across the service lines within the business and across suppliers. Develop and maintain effective interfaces with various relevant teams;
• Work closely with the internal focal points and suppliers to define and deploy new/improved processes and monitor operational performance of component services against service levels and operational level agreement;
• Lead and drive all new end-to-end Global Operations services and engage the Service Management & Integration on new requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT or equivalent, with ITIL certifications would be advantageous;
• Minimum 8 years' working experience in IT industry; with at least 5 years' experience in IT Service Management/Delivery in a large enterprise environment;
• Experience in Exploration and Production technical infrastructure or major engineering rollout projects (e.g. Seismic, Subsurface, Wells, Production, Engineering-related disciplines) would be advantageous;
• Familiar with using ITIL tools and processes (e.g. Service Center, Get-It, Cognos, Asset Center);
• Able to work under broad direction but is a self-motivated individual who is able to work independently. Has technical responsibility and accountability for work performed and decisions taken;
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate and manage relationship at all levels with customers, leaders, suppliers as well as team members;
• Authorization to work in Malaysia is required for this position;
• A remuneration package based on the conditions in the country of employment will be offered for this position;
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential for this position.
