Project Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post -Graduate Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Co-mputer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
-Preferred skill(s): J2EE, ASP, .NET.
-At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
-Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
-Preferably Managers.
-Full-Time positions available.
-Good knowledge on systems development methodology
-Strong on requirements management and quality/acceptance testing
-Good business background on insurance, financial, or related operations within a company
-Good project management skills
-Experience in Negotiation
-Good leadership & motivational skills
-Experience in business process review
-Good communication & presentation skills
-Good interpersonal & customer service skills
-Good knowledge in conducting Cost Benefit Analysis for systems projects
-Sound planning and budgeting capability

The position is responsible for the overall planning, implementing, and managing the system development projects and maintenance of various support systems for Sun Life Indonesia.
