Basic Job Purpose:
Responsible for trouble shooting and maintenance of AS/400 (iSeries / System i) environment. Responsible for assisting users with basic desktop support.
Mandatory:
System i / iSeries / AS/400 support experience
Experience installing System i / iSeries / AS/400 softare, including 3rd party software packages
Experience installing OS/400 PTF's
Basic RPG experience
Basic CLE experience
Excellent Interpersonal and Communications Skills
Preferred:
Distribution Company experience
Mimix experience
Robot Schedule experience
BRMS experience
Experience with MS Server Software
Experience with helpdesk support of applications such as MS Office suite
Physical Activities/Working Conditions:
Travel required as needed.
