Desktop Support Engineer
(Singapore - Kian Teck Drive)

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in IT or related discipline
• Troubleshooting of printers, laptops, desktop and other workstation related issues
• Responsible for printers, workstations, Wins Vista, XP and 2000, MS Exchange and other client software installation, configuration and testing
• Basic concept of LAN/WAN infrastructure knowledge
• Creation or updating documents (inventory, documentation etc.)
• Willing to travel (locally)
• High end-user orientation
• Fresh Graduate may apply
• Singaporeans/Singapore Permanent Residents need apply
