Software Engineer - Java, J2EE
Responsibilities will include working with our product managers to develop solutions to meet our business goals. The engineer will be expected to be self guided such that she/he will meet with the product managers to understand what the requirements are, determine the best solutions to meet them and create a world class design and implementation.
Projects will include but are not limited to: Building high performance and scalable web applications using Java and Oracle, rapid prototyping to test new concepts and ideas, enhancement of existing web applications, bug fixes as well as re-factoring and tuning existing database and back end java components to meet new business requirements.
Education, Skills & Experience:
-5 or more years as a software developer.
-2+ years experience with J2EE app servers like Tomcat
-3+ years experience and developing software using Java, J2EE (middle tier and backend development).
-Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivilent
