Skill Set:
* Minimum 6 yrs of Oracle DBA and 2 years as a Apps DBA Lead
* Management of DBA Tea, monthly reporting, training and team building, client facing
* Knowledge of Oracle Grid Control is a plus
* Excellent Communication and leadership skills
