Responsibilities
*
Follow up customer service issues well as identify business potential from existing database
*
Handle walk in customer transactions
*
Sales acquisition for funding, bancassurance, and investment product
*
Increasing branch funding portfolio by cross selling, top up, etc
*
Handling walking customer for opening account, product, & service information complaint, etc
*
Sales for wealth management product
CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (CSO)
- Female, min 23 years old
- Good Grooming
- Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Business/Economics/Public Relation
- Minimum 1 year marketing/consulting experience in Pension Industry and minimum 4 years in other Financial or star rated Hotel Service Industries
- Minimum 2 years experience as a supervisor of subordinates
- Proficient in MS.Office application, minimum spreadsheet, MS. Word and Power Point
- Highly proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Focus on customer necessity
Strong leadership with ability to interact and communication with all levels
- Good organizational and delegation skill
- Having experience in training and developmental
- Competence as a problem solver
- Able to work as a team and having good communication skill & extrovert
