IS System Analyst
(Surabaya, Sukorejo & Karawang)
Responsibilities:
* To analyze, development and implement the application system, identify and propose improvement opportunities of existing business functions efficiency and effectiveness and/or to achieve cost savings consistent with the approved IT Business Plans.
* To develop technical specification and to direct programmer (internal and external) in the application/ functions development process.
Requirements:
* Holding minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably from Information System major;
* Having minimum 3-5 year working experience in IS industry with assignments leading to knowledge in System Analyst, and 2-4 year experience in IS development works;
* Having good computer skill and basic knowledge in software development (e.g. .NET, VB, etc.) and database (e.g. Microsoft and Oracle products), knowledge in SDLC concept, knowledge in ERP concept, Familiar with IT services best practices (e.g. Problem Management, Change Management, SLA) and the fundamentals of Business Continuation Planning;
* Fluent in English both oral and written;
* Having good analytical thinking, leadership and communication skill.
