Responsibilities :

•  Responsible to the development of System Applications to meet the company requirements
•  Develop and implement System Applications according to software development standart
• Produce system and user documentation during the system developments
• Design and develop database systems
• Audit the software documentation and give us report about the problem and what to do to improve/solve
• Audit our software development procedure and give us report about the problem and what to do to improve/sol

Requirments :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, from any Major
• Max 35 years old
• Familiar with Database such as : Oracle Database and PostgreSQL
• Having at last 1 year of working experience in the related fields an advantage
• Full - Time position(s) available
• Having experience using Oracle Form 10 above Oracle PL/SQL
• Minimum of experience in development with Oracle Form, Oracle Reports, PL/SQL
• Experience with Oracle Database.
• Professional and Responsible
• Care for quality of work and respect for deadlines
• Must posses strong analytical skills.
• Must offer application support after reguler business hours.

2. Menguasai Oracle 10g keatas
3. Sertifikasi OCA minimal
4. Menguasai tuning database dari parameter database, indexing, OS 
related tuning
5. Menguasai replikasi database dgn dataguard, active/passive
6. Menguasai Oracle RAC plus point banget
7. Menguasai backup dgn RMAN atau dengan backup solution lain seperti 
NetBackup
8. Memiliki pengalaman di sisi application server 
(Weblogic/WebSphere/JBoss), terutama berkaitan dengan datasource 
monitoring dan tuning
9. Memiliki pengetahuan di opensource database terutama MySQL dan PostgreSQL

Our respected client is seeking a credit analyst management professional for the job of Credit Analyst Assistant Manager, to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The winning candidate will be responsible for assisting the Credit Analyst Manager in performing his or her job. The successful applicant will be someone with good knowledge of analysing credit in the heavy equipment industry.

Key job responsibilities include:

Compare the liquidity, profitability and credit history of client/company being evaluated to determine the risk

Compile reports regarding to finance and credit data

Analyse the financial records like earnings, savings, payments and purchases of the company or individual and recommend other useful financial activity for further plans.

Minimize bad debt risk and maximise account receivable collections

Provide a support data regarding new customer

Ensure the validity and accuracy of company/client’s data, as presented by Marketing Report

Handle the overdue cases

Review the credit rating of the client/company to avoid the bad debt risk

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering, finance, accounting, commerce or equivalent

At least 5 years’ experience, preferably with a leasing or finance company

Experience in foreign leasing company, Japanese company preferable

Knowledgeable in heavy equipment is an advantage

Exposure to corporate-sized clients

Passion in financial analysis/ macro-economic issues

Excellent communication skill

Detail oriented

Fluent in English, both oral and written
